Preparing your home for sale is no easy task. Being "show ready" to maximize your sale price requires work, and you may (temorarily) hate your agent while you wipe toothpaste splatters off the bathroom mirror or rush home to load the dishwasher because of a last minute showing. Don't get angry, get to work! Create new routines for evening and morning so every day your house looks like you are leaving for vacation. A clean house is more inviting to buyers. No one wants to see your dirty clothes...instead, they want to see the size of your bedroom. Teenagers making your life miserable? Well, I can't help with that BUT I can tell you that an extra hamper or a hiding place in a closet or under the bed can create an easier way to tidy up before buyers come through. Tripping over toddler toys? A few lidded boxes or baskets can help hide the clutter. We get it, you live there but honestly do you want someone walking through your home saying ewwww!!!! or ahhhh! and remember, you want to sell!  #Cleanyourhouse #Loveyouragent
